Jennifer DeFilippo is an actress and filmmaker, living in oppressively sunny Los Angeles, CA. She studied theatre at Loyola Marymount University, at which time she sought out the training of Los Angeles’s premiere improv comedy company & school The Groundlings. It was at The Groundlings where she began to develop into the comedic actor she is today. Jennifer has appeared on numerous television shows including Modern Family (ABC), Dexter (Showtime), Parenthood (NBC), Shameless (Showtime), New Girl (FOX), and Masters of Sex (Showtime). An enormous fan of Seinfeld, Jennifer had the opportunity to work with one of her favorite writer/directors, Larry Charles, on the FOX pilot Outnumbered. Jennifer has also appeared in many commercials, fulfilling her childhood dream of working with John Stamos for Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt, and “falling from heaven” for AT&T. Jennifer co-wrote, co-starred, and produced The Hairdos that was an Official Selection at the International Television Festival in 2010. Jennifer is busy giving kisses to her beautiful Boston Terrier, Lily DeFilippo, and working on numerous comedic pilots with her frequent collaborator, Mu Sun and some other folks.
